Manipulation Under Anesthesia

Dr. Cancellieri specializes in this technique which was developed in the 1930's by the medical profession. Anesthesia assisted manipulation is a safe and effective NON-SURGICAL technique that is performed in a Surgical Center with a team approach. Anesthesiologists administer a light sedative, so as the patient is completely relaxed while deep stretching is performed. This procedure is performed on 3 consecutive days for maximum results. The patient is discharged each day following the procedure. This technique is most effective for treating chronic injuries that have not responded to other forms of treatment, as well as post-surgical patients, still suffering from pain and lack of mobility.
